Instruments for each step of the procedure
- Incision and flap: scalpel handles, periosteal elevators and tunnelling knives.
- Access and overview: retractors and cheek retractors, e.g. Minnesota and Obwegeser, as well as mirrors.
- Extraction: luxators and elevators, root fragment elevators and instruments for atraumatic extraction.
- Bone: bone mills, bone scrapers such as SafeScraper and Micross, curettes and a mallet.
- Closure: needle holders, scissors and forceps, and the suture threads themselves under sutures.

Cleaning and sterilisation
The instruments are reusable and must be cleaned and sterilised after each patient according to the manufacturer's instructions. For storage and sterilisation we have containers, instrument racks and washing trays under sterile storage.
