Terms of Sale and Delivery for Puredent ApS

These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of products and/or services from Puredent ApS. By accepting the delivery of products and services, the terms of this agreement are also accepted. This agreement is valid at all times, unless a separate written purchase agreement has been entered into with Puredent ApS.

Ordering products and services

Products can be ordered from Puredent ApS by phone, letter, and email to bestil@puredent.dk or via the webshop. An order may be cancelled by Puredent ApS at Puredent ApS's sole discretion.

Prices

Prices, specifications, delivery times, and terms are stated in offers, price lists, or upon request. They are subject to change without prior notice, are non-transferable, and apply only to new purchases from Puredent ApS.

Puredent ApS reserves the right to correct printing and spelling errors, pricing errors, or omissions resulting from misuse of a domain and its functions owned by Puredent ApS. All prices are ex-works (Ex Works) and exclude VAT, fees, and shipping costs. Prices, products, product composition, or exchange rates may change without notice.

Delivery

When purchasing products from Puredent ApS, Puredent ApS's standard terms of sale and delivery apply at all times. The delivery time is usually a few working days, but Puredent ApS's delivery time is always an estimated delivery time. Delays from subcontractors are reserved. Puredent ApS disclaims all liability towards the buyer in case of delayed delivery.

Shipping

Parcel shipments are primarily made with PostNord within Denmark. All shipments are invoiced by weight. Express delivery is invoiced according to Puredent ApS's additional costs. Since delivery is ex-works, the risk of the goods transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. If the goods show signs of transport damage upon receipt, the buyer must immediately contact the carrier. Puredent ApS is not responsible for covering transport damages.

Payment terms

The customer must pay all invoices according to the payment terms stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After the due date, interest of 2.00% per commenced month will be charged, plus a reminder fee of DKK 100.

Complaints

As this is a B2B transaction, the buyer has a one-year complaint period from the date of receipt for manufacturing and material defects. Complaints must be notified to Puredent ApS in writing as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. The right to complain lapses if the defect is caused by the buyer, e.g., due to incorrect handling, unauthorized repair, or incorrect use.

Return of goods

Puredent ApS only accepts returns after prior agreement. A handling fee of 10% of the invoice amount will be charged for crediting. The goods must be returned in complete and resalable condition; otherwise, costs for restoring the goods will be deducted.

• Note: Special order items are non-returnable. Shipping costs are not credited. Costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.

Privacy Policy

Puredent ApS respects the privacy of our customers. We will not disclose customer information to third parties unless it is necessary to complete a transaction (e.g., to a shipping company). We do not sell names, addresses, email addresses, or personal data to third parties.

Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

Puredent's liability is limited to product liability itself and does not include liability for delayed delivery, lost profits, transportation costs, or operating losses at the customer's end. Puredent ApS is not liable for damages exceeding the invoice amount for the applicable product.

Any dispute between the parties shall be settled under Danish law at Puredent ApS's venue.
