QREM Cytokine ACRS
Qrem Cytokine is a closed and automated system consisting of a device (QREM DEVICE) and a sterile single-use kit (QREM CYTOKINE KIT).
The system can be installed in clinics of any size without the need for special infrastructure or specially trained personnel. This makes it easy and cost-effective for healthcare professionals to offer the treatment directly in the clinic.

The QREM process
From blood collection to finished ACRS product in under 40 minutes – a few simple steps.

Blood sampling
Blood is drawn into two 20 ml syringes. One is filled with whole blood, while the other is first filled with 2 ml anticoagulant and then with 18 ml whole blood.

Transferred to kit
The contents of the syringes are transferred to 2 different inlets in the QREM kit, after which the kit is placed in the centrifuge.

Finished after 36 minutes
The QREM centrifuge runs a series of protocols over 36 minutes, which releases the cytokines and collects them on one side of the kit.

The cytokines are pulled up
A 20 ml syringe is attached to the kit, and the cytokine-rich plasma content is collected in the syringe. Between 8-14 ml is drawn.

Ready to use
The content is then ready for use, for example, for enriching bone materials for larger augmentations, or for injections into joints and tendons.
