Puredent Privacy Policy

1. Introduction 1.1 This policy describes how Puredent ApS ("us", "we") collects and processes personal data when you visit and shop on www.puredent.dk or use our services.

2. Personal data we collect 2.1 We collect information in order to correctly deliver your purchased goods or services. This includes: Name, address, phone number, email, password, purchase history, payment information, IP number, geographical location, and interests (pages you click on).

3. Basis for processing 3.1 We process your information to fulfill our agreement with you (GDPR art. 6, para. 1, b), to pursue legitimate interests (art. 6, para. 1, f), or to comply with legal obligations such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act (art. 6, para. 1, c). 3.2 Marketing via email only occurs after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Disclosure of information 4.1 We only disclose information if permitted by law. We use external data processors (e.g., for shipping and IT systems) who exclusively process data according to our instructions.

5. Storage and deletion 5.1 We delete information when it is no longer relevant for the purpose. Accounting material is stored for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

6. Your rights 6.1 You have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing. You also have the right to object and the right to data portability. If you wish to complain, this can be done to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

7. Recruitment 7.1 Applications are treated confidentially and deleted once the recruitment process is completed. Unsolicited applications are stored for a maximum of 6 months.
