The Qrem Cytokine Kit is a closed, sterile, single-use system that is filled with 38 ml of whole blood and 2 ml of anticoagulant. The kit is placed in the QREM centrifuge, where an automated centrifugation process of approximately 36 minutes is completed.

After this, the cytokine-rich plasma can be collected in a syringe and used for injection.
