Cortical granules from DIZG are a purely cortical allogeneic bone granulate, 0.5-1 mm, 5 cc. The cortical origin produces a dense, slowly resorbing granulate, suitable where bone volume needs to be maintained over a longer period.
The graft is freeze-dried and PES-sterilised (peracetic acid-ethanol) from human donor tissue from Germany.

Used for filling bone defects and sinus lifts where a volume-stable material is desired.
