8 systems, two motion principles
Motor-driven NiTi files for shaping and debridement of the root canal – from flexible single-file systems to complete multi-step sequences.

BlueShaper PRO, SlimShaper (PRO), ApicalShaper and NanoShaper rotate continuously at 500 rpm and are typically used as a sequence of 3–4 files (shaping → finishing). Offers more control across multiple steps.
Excalibur PRO, Excalibur PRO mini and Excalibur (base) move reciprocally (CW 30° / CCW 150°) and are single-file systems – one file is often enough to shape and finish the entire canal. Faster, fewer file changes.
How narrow/curved is the canal?
Choose a lower taper and a more flexible cross-section (NanoShaper or SlimShaper) for severely curved canals.
How experienced are you with rotary?
Reciprocating single-file systems like Excalibur are easier to learn and use consistently.
Should the file cover glide path + shaping?
Excalibur PRO (mini) handles both with the same file – the others require a separate glider file.

Irrigate and recapitulate with a K-file between each rotary file to avoid debris blockage.

BlueShaper PRO® | Rotary root files with DualWire® technology
The BlueShaper PRO® instrumentation system delivers more efficient, safe and predictable root canal treatment. Thanks to the exclusive DualWire® technology, these rotary root files combine excellent cutting efficiency with exceptional flexibility, allowing clinicians to confidently handle everything from simple anatomies to the most complex endodontic cases.
DualWire® technology: Enhanced clinical performance
The main innovation behind BlueShaper PRO® is the incorporation of DualWire® technology. This innovation consists of integrating two different heat treatments into a single file, creating an instrument with superior versatility and performance. The apical part has a specific heat treatment that increases penetration capacity and cutting efficiency, while the rest of the instrument retains the characteristic BlueShaper® flexibility.
BlueShaper PRO® family
The system consists of eight files (ZXS, Z1–Z7), available individually or in assorted packs. Working lengths: 16mm, 21mm, 25mm and 31mm.
