How narrow is the ridge?
The narrower the ridge, the more steps — start with the Genoa 3 Kit or Expander 5 Kit for most cases.
Is there severe resorption?
The Expander Plus 8 Kit is built specifically for that situation, with more progressive steps.
Need to cover all sizes?

The bone split instruments can be easily and flexibly mounted on and dismounted from the clinic's Magnetic Mallet.
