Femur Plate from DIZG is a thin, dense cortical bone plate cut from human femoral allograft, 25 x 10 x 1 mm. The compact cortical structure provides high mechanical stability and makes the plate well suited for adapting and fixing over an underlying graft material.
The graft is freeze-dried and PES-sterilised (peracetic acid–ethanol) to preserve the natural properties of the bone and eliminate the risk of disease transmission.

Typically used as an onlay plate or barrier in horizontal and vertical ridge augmentation, where it can be trimmed to the shape of the defect.
The tissue bank requires the name of the responsible clinician and the surgery date and time when allografts are ordered.
