Cortical granules from DIZG are a purely cortical allogeneic bone granulate with a fine particle size, 0.212-0.85 mm, 0.5 cc. The fine granulation provides good packing ability in smaller and narrow defects.
The graft is freeze-dried and PES-sterilised (peracetic acid-ethanol) from human donor tissue from Germany.

Used for filling smaller bone defects, e.g. extraction sockets and peri-implant defects, where a volume-stable cortical material is desired.
