Stypro sheet is a resorbable haemostatic gelatin sponge in thin sheet form for bleeding control in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures. The porous gelatin structure provides a large surface area that promotes platelet aggregation and rapid clot formation on contact with the wound surface.

With a thickness of just 3 mm and a format of 80x50 mm, the sheet is suitable for covering and adapting to flat wound areas where a thin, mouldable material is an advantage. The sponge is resorbed by the body and does not need to be removed after use.
