NeoGen Tack Positioning Instrument is a surgical holding instrument from the Neoss Fixation Kit, used to guide and hold a membrane tack in place over the membrane while it is tapped in with the Tack Mallet. The instrument gives the surgeon stable control and correct angulation of the tack, so that it does not displace the membrane on impact.

Typically used together with NeoGen Tacks Ti and the NeoGen Tack Mallet when fixing membranes in guided bone regeneration (GBR).
