Cortical Strut from DIZG (Cortiflex®) is a demineralised cortical bone strip that becomes flexible after rehydration. Removing the mineral content exposes the natural collagen matrix, making the piece pliable so that it can be adapted and contoured to the anatomical base. This strip measures 15 x 30 mm with a thickness of 2 mm.

- Preserved collagen matrix supports ingrowth and remodelling of host tissue
- Can be trimmed and shaped to clinical needs
- Human donor bone from DIZG, screened and manufactured in accordance with German pharmaceutical legislation (§ 21/21a AMG)
Used in oral and maxillofacial surgery as structural coverage or support in guided bone regeneration (GBR) and local ridge augmentation.
The tissue bank requires the name of the responsible clinician and the surgery date and time when allografts are ordered.
