maxgraft® bonering surgical kit is an instrument set for the surgical use of maxgraft® bonering in the bone ring technique, in which bone augmentation and implant placement can be performed in a single step. The kit contains the instruments needed to prepare the bone defect and to adapt the ring graft precisely to the local bone.
- Trephines for milling a circular bone bed that fits maxgraft® bonering precisely
- Planators for levelling the local bone surface and creating a congruent, fresh contact surface against the graft
- Diamond disc and diamond tulip for fine-tuning the shape of the bonering graft, for optimal adaptation to the local bone and good soft tissue healing
- Instruments in surgical steel
The kit is used together with maxgraft® bonering allografts and is aimed at clinics that perform single-stage augmentation and implant procedures.
The tissue bank requires the name of the responsible clinician and the surgery date and time when allografts are ordered.

Product details
Clinical versatility with four solutions
Pure spongy maxgraft®+HyA (small and large granules) provides a highly porous structure that supports optimal revascularization and supply of vital cells, enabling rapid regeneration of vital bone tissue.
The cortico-spongy variant (small granules), consisting of approx. 70% cortical and 30% spongy bone, offers improved volume stability. This makes it particularly suitable for guided bone regeneration in the aesthetic zone, where predictable volume preservation and integration of soft tissue are crucial.

The extra fine cortico-spongious variant (XS granules) achieves a paste-like consistency upon hydration, allowing for easy application with a conventional Luer-tip syringe – ideal for filling small or narrow defects.

Tissue bank CTBA
Botiss biomaterials produces its allografts in cooperation with the CTBA tissue bank in Austria. The Maxgraft® product range covers granules, bone blocks, and bone plates.
