maxgraft® cortico-cancellous granules, 1.0 cc, 0.5 - 2.0 mm
19,300 ISKExcl. VAT
maxgraft® cortico-cancellous granules are an allogeneic bone graft combining cortical and cancellous bone particles from human donor bone. The cortical component gives the material increased volume stability compared with pure cancellous granules, which is an advantage in off-contour augmentations and defects where dimensional stability is important.
- Granule size 0.5–2.0 mm
- Volume 1.0 cc
- Human allograft processed with the Allotec® process (Cells+Tissuebank Austria) – preserves the natural mineralised collagen matrix
- Store at room temperature, shelf life 5 years
Used for sinus lifts, horizontal and vertical ridge augmentation, and periodontal and peri-implant bone defects where a volume-stable graft is required.
The tissue bank requires the name of the responsible clinician and the surgery date and time when allografts are ordered.

Product details
Clinical versatility with four solutions
Pure spongy maxgraft®+HyA (small and large granules) provides a highly porous structure that supports optimal revascularization and supply of vital cells, enabling rapid regeneration of vital bone tissue.
The cortico-spongy variant (small granules), consisting of approx. 70% cortical and 30% spongy bone, offers improved volume stability. This makes it particularly suitable for guided bone regeneration in the aesthetic zone, where predictable volume preservation and integration of soft tissue are crucial.

The extra fine cortico-spongious variant (XS granules) achieves a paste-like consistency upon hydration, allowing for easy application with a conventional Luer-tip syringe – ideal for filling small or narrow defects.

Tissue bank CTBA
Botiss biomaterials produces its allografts in cooperation with the CTBA tissue bank in Austria. The Maxgraft® product range covers granules, bone blocks, and bone plates.
