maxgraft® cortico-cancellous granules, 0.5 cc + Hya, 0.25 mm
19,500 ISKExcl. VAT
maxgraft® +HyA is an allogeneic bone graft in which cortico-cancellous granules from human donor bone are combined with hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid has marked fluid-binding properties, so when saline is added the material can achieve a 'sticky bone'-like consistency that is easy to place and dimensionally stable during the procedure.
- Granule size: XS, below 0.25 mm – finely ground, paste-like consistency suitable for application in narrow defects
- Volume 0.5 cc
- Cortico-cancellous composition (predominantly cortical fraction) provides good volume stability
- Human allograft processed using the Allotec® process (Cells+Tissuebank Austria)
Suitable for periodontal bone defects, socket preservation and peri-implant defects, as well as minor guided bone regeneration procedures in the aesthetic zone, where predictable volume preservation and good soft tissue integration are important.
The tissue bank requires the name of the responsible clinician and the surgery date and time when allografts are ordered.

Product details
Clinical versatility with four solutions
Pure spongy maxgraft®+HyA (small and large granules) provides a highly porous structure that supports optimal revascularization and supply of vital cells, enabling rapid regeneration of vital bone tissue.
The cortico-spongy variant (small granules), consisting of approx. 70% cortical and 30% spongy bone, offers improved volume stability. This makes it particularly suitable for guided bone regeneration in the aesthetic zone, where predictable volume preservation and integration of soft tissue are crucial.

The extra fine cortico-spongious variant (XS granules) achieves a paste-like consistency upon hydration, allowing for easy application with a conventional Luer-tip syringe – ideal for filling small or narrow defects.

Tissue bank CTBA
Botiss biomaterials produces its allografts in cooperation with the CTBA tissue bank in Austria. The Maxgraft® product range covers granules, bone blocks, and bone plates.
