With FIRST, you can work on the cortical bone in a less invasive and more practical way. It is crucial to find a slight angle when placing angled implants. Thanks to the geometry of the FIRST's working end, it is possible to achieve the correct direction from the first impulse without the use of rotating instruments, without removal of bone tissue, and without the need for irrigation to avoid overheating.

First is a single lancet osteotome designed for use with MAGNETODYNAMICS technology. It is compatible with the Magnetic Mallet handpiece you already use.
Working principle: the Magnetic Mallet handpiece delivers 50-microsecond impulses to the lancet tip. The 4 sharp facets grip the cortical bone without slipping; the bone is expanded and compressed laterally instead of being removed by rotation. Routine irrigation is not required during the preparation phase.
