Cortical Spongiosa granules from DIZG are an allogeneic bone graft of human donor tissue, manufactured in Germany. The granules are a mixture of cortical and cancellous bone tissue, 1.0-2.0 mm, 5 cc, and combine the mechanical stability of the cortical portion with the open, porous structure of the cancellous portion, which promotes rapid ingrowth of blood vessels and new bone cells.
The graft is freeze-dried and PES-sterilized (peracetic acid-ethanol), a gentle sterilization method that preserves the natural mineral and collagen structure of the bone without risk of disease transmission.

Suitable for sinus lifts, augmentation of extraction sockets and filling of small to medium-sized bone defects in connection with implant treatment.
