Cortical / Cancellous block, C shape from DIZG is an anatomically shaped allograft block, 10 x 15 x 20 mm, combining a cortical shell with cancellous tissue. The C-shaped geometry is designed to adapt better to the contour of the ridge defect than a simple rectangular block.
The graft is freeze-dried and PES-sterilised (peracetic acid–ethanol), processed from human donor tissue from Germany.

Used for three-dimensional ridge augmentation, where the shape of the block provides better adaptation to the defect and contact with the host bone.
The tissue bank requires the name of the responsible clinician and the surgery date and time when allografts are ordered.
