PTFE Membran | Design

Opbygningen af den titanium forstærket membran består af en tre lagsstruktur med henholdsvis en blødtvævsside og en hårdtvævsside samt et formbart titanium net i midten.

PTFE materialet er glat mod blødtvævsiden og giver en bakterieresistent overflade. Mod knoglesiden er overfladen ru og giver en god knoglekontakt. Titanium nettet sikrer en ensartet formstabilitet i den udformning der er valgt ved placeringen. Titanium nettet er let at forme i de 3 dimensioner.
