Bio-PRF | Solid PRF membrane

The Solid PRF membrane is made using the Bio-PRF horizontal centrifuge and Solid PRF tubes (red cap). The spin time is 8 minutes and a clot is formed. This is transferred to the PRF box and dehydrated for 2-5 minutes and is then ready for use.

Compared to fixangle centrifugation is the cell distributrion much more evenly and the amount of leucocytes and platelets 4 times higher.

Bio-PRF | C-PRF (Concentrated PRF) 

C-PRF is made using Liquid PRF tubes (blue cap) spun in the Bio-PRF horizontal centrifuge. The spin time is 5 minutes and the Liquid PRF are created and can last in the tubes undisturbed for 30-45 minutes. The C-PRF consist of a 0,3-0,5cc layer of cells in the buffycoat zone. This layer contain a 10 fold increase in cells compared to injectable PRF from fixed angulation centrifuges.

The layer is extracted into a syringe and can be used right away for injection purposes or as part of a bio-bone or bio-graft procedure. Injection by a high as 32 gauge needles.

Bio-PRF | Bio-graft, sticky bone graft, regular resorption

The sticky bone graft combine Solid PRF membranes cut into small fragments and mixed with C-PRF using Liquid PRF tubes (blue cap). It´s made using the Bio-PRF horizontal centrifuge with a combination of Solid PRF tubes and Liquid PRF tubes. The spin time is 8 minutes and a clot is formed in the Solid PRF tubes. This is transferred to the PRF box and dehydrated for 2-5 minutes and is then ready for use. The Liquid tubes has a Platelet Poor Plasma fraction in the upper 3-4 cc and a high loaded cell layer in the buffycoat area. The latter is drawn into a syringe. The PRF membrane is cut into small fragments and mixed with the bone granulate material and the Liquid PRF is then added and the sticky bone graft is shaped. Can be used immediately.

Compared to fixangle centrifugation Sticky bone grafts has a 4 times higher amount of leucocytes and platelets in the solid fragments and a 10 fold increase in cells compared to injectable PRF from fixed angulation cantrifuges.

Bio-PRF | Alb-PRF (Albumin gel PRF) membrane

Alb-PRF is made using Liquid PRF tubes (blue cap) spun using the Bio-PRF horizontal centrifuge for 8 minutes and afterwards undergoing a bio-heating process using the Bio-Heat technology.

From each Liquid PRF tube, the upper 3 cc layer of Platelet Poor Plasma fraction is drawn into a 3 cc syringe. Each is placed in the Bio-Heat device for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the syringes are placed in the Bio-Cooler device for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile the C-PRF layer from each Liquid PRF tube is extracted into one syringe per tube. When the Alb-PRF has cooled down the Alb-PRF and C-PRF syringes are connected together and mixed.

The result is the Bio-Filler  – a gel like texture. To form a membrane the Bio-Filler is sprayed onto a metal tray or the Bio-Heat tray and the membrane is shaped – see video here. It needs 5 minutes to obtain the membrane structure an can be used hereafter.

Bio-Heat | Bio-Bone, Next generation sticky bone graft, extended resorption

The Bio-Bone is a custom made bone graft with extended resorption properties and handling. Bio-Bone combine Alb-PRF, C-PRF and bone granulate material to form a unique bone graft. Alb-PRF is made using Liquid PRF tubes (blue cap) spun using the Bio-PRF horizontal centrifuge for 8 minutes and afterwards undergoing a bio-heating process.

The upper 3 cc layer of Platelet Poor Plasma fraction is drawn into a syringe. This is placed in the Bio-Heat device for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the syringes are placed in the Bio-Cooler device for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile the C-PRF layer is extracted into a syringe. The Alb-PRF and C-PRF syringes are connected and mixed.

The result is the Bio-Filler of which a fraction is the sprayed into one of the forms in the Bio-Heat tray. Another fraction is mixed with the bone granute material and placed into the same form unto of the first Bio-filler layer. The Bio-Bone is shaped and compressed. Hereafter is ready for use.

Compared to fixed angle centrifugation Bio-Bone has a 10 fold amount of leucocytes and platelets and a resorption profile of 4-6 months.
